Ok... Joey... I'm gonna agree on you on this. This is no reason to amend the Constitution over this. It's a civil code for crying out loud, not something to go into the core of this country's legal system! Any actions on the matter should happen at the STATE level, not the FEDERAL one.

but the full faith and credit clause of the Constitution (article IV, section 1) says that if you're married in one state, other states have to respect that...if you're married in one state you're married in all of them, even if it's illegal in the state you're currently in - the actions of one state have affects for the others.

Creative Endeavors / Short story...

I liked the story and enjoyed reading it.  If you add anything, I would try to go into detail on the answers to these questions:

Why did you take me away from my life and force me to be an ideal I could never live up to?
Why did you abandon me when I needed you the most?
Or was it because I couldn’t live up to the expectations you had set for me?

The guy's wearing Armani and has a huge office - sounds like he's doing fine living up to expectations.  Is there some other catalyst causing his descent into insanity?  Has his business gone bad, or what?  He seems too successful to give it all up now.

Live Shows / bootleg has surfaced

Looks like a bootleg of the Counting Crows show from 12/15/03 with a guest appearance by Vanessa has surfaced.  There's a BitTorrent on sharingthegroove.org right now.  I'm downloading it, not sure how good the quality is yet.

blackvulture or others, did anyone see or plans on going to see Jessica's new movie?  It looks like her character is a lot different from Dark Angel.  The movie doesn't really seem like something I'd be interested in, but I'd love to read what anyone else thinks of it.

Here are my thoughts:

I don't know Wonkies, never really talked to him.  But he already does all the images and stuff for the site.  If that gets put up there, it just ruins the whole idea to me.  I think it should be for members of the site, etc. etc.  But what do I know?

My idea - any submission that meets the basic requirements (right size, says "Nessaholics.com Forums", etc.) should be accepted - then during the week of the holiday an image is selected at random as each page is loaded - that way everyone's work gets noticed, everyone contributes to the decorating, and it's less of a competition.  It would only take a couple lines of code...

Clemson has won the past 2-3 years in a row too. This year was their 101 first game against each other.
