One year on, how do you feel about it now?

I was never personally disappointed by 'Heroes & Thieves', so I shall abstain from voting.  I am interested to see, though, what other people have to say.  I've always felt that it is a very beautiful and brilliant album myself.

The songs on the album are so well written, it's the production that kills it for me.

I agree. The songs are excellent, but the production, such as the string arrangement, and the annoying out of place whistling on "Fools Like Me", wasn't what I was expecting and made the songs fall short of their maximum potential. Still, the overall maturity and lyrical beauty that is Heroes and Thieves, was brilliant, enlightening. An instant classic for V.
I voted it has grown on me and I like/love it now.

Same here.  I loved it instantly, but now I love it even more.  

The album version of "This Time" kind of bothered me at first 'cause I thought it was too slow, but I got used to it.  "Spring Street" has become one of my favorites, even though it certainly wasn't a year ago.  I was surprised to find "Fools Like Me" so upbeat, but that has grown on me as well.

I wasnt dissapointed I didnt know what to think at first, but It has grown on me more and more. I didnt vote becuase I wasnt dissapointed. :D

I wasn't disappointed, though at first I didn't really like the song Come Undone, and I thought it could've been replaced by Best Behavior or maybe All is Well...though now it's not that bad. I love the piano at the end the best.

I was going to vote that I loved it all the while, but I noticed there wasn't an option for it...I was never disapointed in Heroes & Theives.
