first off....it isn't proven that he actually raped her....so don't make assumptions like that...
That's the thing about a charge like rape, it doesn't have to be proven. Just an accusation puts him guilty in most people's minds. Sucks, but that's the way it goes.

It's the same thing with Scott Peterson, we don't know alot of the facts about his wife Laci's murder, just that the husband has been dragged through the mud by the press and alot of people jump to the gun and assume he's guilty and should fry.

Kinda makes that whole 'guilty 'til proven innocent' bit a lie, eh?



yeah...but there is more evidence pointing at Scott Peterson that his guilty than there was at Kobe....

I think (s)he is confused.

BTW, I would like throw out a big "I TOLD YOU FUCKING SO" to everyone who said he was guilty.

Seeing as how the girl is now looking for MONEY as restitution, I think her true colors are out.
