Title: Best Grammy Performance
Post by: Blake on February 08, 2004, 08:59:50 pm
By far, my favorites kept escalating, first it was The White Stripes, then the Black Eyed Peas, but absolutly OutKast "Hey Ya!"

Take your pick, of course I couldn't list them all...

White Stripes... worst band EVAR

Best performance was by Ben Moody (http://www.notachristianband.com/ev-grammy3.jpg) and his pimp Moses outfit. He didnt even have to say a word.

I picked Beyonce, wow her voice and performance just blew me away!! But I also really loved Martina Mcbrides (sp?) performance.. what an amazing voice, talent, and song she did. That performance was just amazing. Does she have a new cd out/coming out? Where is that song from? Because I wan't to get it.. it is so sad.. but beautiful.

by far the best was Hey Ya!! Andre did an awesome job! the beginning was freaky! lol. But i liked the whole indian thing! And the best part... the USC Trojan Marching Band performed the song too!! It was weird seeing them in green and not the normal cardinal/gold though! But they still had the same moves they always have at games!

Beyonce was amazing, and I also loved Sarah McLachlan!

Justin Timberlakes...that song is just way too amazing live. That's my favorite song live...hands down.

Christina's performance disipointed me terribly. I love her and I love her music. When I saw her in concert that song sounded incredible....last nights really sucked.

Alica Keys was amazing too...she is sooooooo good live. She is one of the best piano players. I adore her. It was  agreat performance.

Celine dions sucked...that country singer sucked...and the white stripes sucked...they are soo bad.

that country singer? you better not be talking about Martina Mcbride.. wait she is country isn't she? haha

What country act performed? *confused*

And I thought Celine Dion was amazing..

And Alicia Keys was good too, but damn CBS ruined the performance with the sound getting all screwed up, ugh I was so mad..

So what if I am? Is that really the point here? :P

and I do like Evanescence...I just hate that version of my immortal. It's just terrible. They should have put out a good song like my last breath or taking over me. My immortal is such a bad radio song.

I picked the White Stripes, because it was so friggin awesome, but close runner-ups were Martina McBride (I LOVE that song) and Christina (she has SUCH a good voice)

aww Limey- it is okay- we are all really fucked up ;) j/k j/k...

And Shelly, My Immortal is the BEST song from their album.. at least a lot of people agree, maybe not everyone. But I so dig the full band version, I wish I had that single.

I don't like the album version NOR the single version. I like the piano/vocal version the best....it is the best. But the cd version...I can't stand and therefor....it is NOT the best song on the album.
