The 11 hour drive to Ohio is looking pretty tempting right now! My grandma lives in Cincinatti, I wonder how far that is from Springfield.

It's 80 miles from Cincinnati to Springfield. And we were planning on making a trip up to Cincinnati soon anways. We might just have to plan our trip sometime around 10/27  8)

damn....you know me and liz would love to go, but if I lease the truck, we wouldn't be able to drive it cause of the mileage.

not too mention that the 27th is a Thursday.   :(

That's nothing to be shocked over.  I easily put about 50 000 miles on a car in a year, so that sounds about right to me.

Yep, I seem to be rolling another thousand every week now, so that would easily be right around 50K in a year's time.  150 miles a day is about average, but 200 is common some days.

you drive for work? or fun?

Mainly work and school, though occasionally for fun.  I have a 90-mile round-trip commute to school, a 32-mile round-trip commute to work, plus whatever driving I do while I'm at work, which can normally range from 30 to 70 miles a day.  Then there's the occasional drive to Memphis, Nashville, or St. Louis.  I used to make more long-distance drives like Chicago, Cleveland, and Pittsburg, but my travel budget has been rather limited lately.  That's why I've only been to one VC show so far.
