Completely Off-Topic / Free music download

I had the same problem with Win MX so I saw if it was working on my sisters but it wasnt so I guess they shut it down.

I agree with Laura aswell, its like a try before you buy, also theres some great music out of your home country and some people dont have credit cards to order the CD.

Shes super woman Laura so she'd be able to do it  
Delta did Neighbours and her 1st CD together so Im guessing it would just be the same process as that.

She may have held off doing anything else over there at the moment because her parents have just split up so Im not sure whats going on.

Ohhh Im having mixed emotions about this though, I mean Delta and The OC are two of my favorite "things" in the world but it just seems odd.

Confidential understands Delta - currently in the US on album promotion duties - has been recruited by producers to play the estranged Australian cousin of Marissa, Mischa Barton, on the wildly popular series.
The singer's mother and manager Lee Goodrem told Confidential yesterday the 21-year-old was on the look-out for a role that could catapult her into the Hollywood acting market.

"We have been looking at some scripts but as yet nothing has been confirmed," she said.

"Music is a priority but there's always other things happening."

As Goodrem's star continues to rise, the role in The OC would see her "it girl" status develop even further - and without even having to drop the ocker Aussie accent.

Mama Goodrem said her daughter was making ground as she attempted to raise her profile in the US through radio spots and promotion of her hit Aussie album Mistaken Identity.

"It's a big place but she's doing very well," she said.

While Delta Goodrem is yet to become a household name in the States, she appeared earlier this year in Fox drama North Shore, which centred around the staff and guests of a fictional resort in Hawaii.

In another development that could see Goodrem propel herself onto the scene in Tinseltown, she is also being mooted to play a castaway on a new series of Lost.

Apparently Delta is going to be on The OC and play Marissa Cooper's Australian cousin.
I'm not sure if its a rumour or not but I hope its 100% true  

This is the only info I could come up with:

Goodrem was also approached by producers from the telvision show The O.C. to appear as a guest star. According to The O.C. camp, Goodrem willingly agreed to appear on the show, and writers have come up with a character for her. It is said that Goodrem will appear on the show as Marissa's estranged Australian cousin. [This information is not confirmed. At this stage, it may be a rumour]

Early on in Goodrem's American promotions, she appeared on the show, North Shore, as a famous celebrity. Using that opportunity, Goodrem performed several musical items; which consequently sparked American interest in the singer-songwriter.

Some OC fans were having a hissy fit because Ryan and Marissa did 'it' on the beach and found it weird that they would do that since she was nearly raped on the same beach.
Im glad its picking up though

Shes not doing the national anthem anymore because the AFL team think that the West Coast might "BOOO" her lol (she goes for Sydney in football) so shes singing another song.

Delta is flying back to Australia this Saturday to sing the national anthem for the AFL.
I think this is really fantastic for her because she was asked to do it in 2003 but she had the cancer so couldn't do it.
Plus she will get to see her Swanies WIN (hopefully).

We didnt get the show over here (it may have been on cable but i dont know) but I was hoping that Mig would win because hes a really nice guy.
So many years ago he used to be on Feral Tv (it was a kids show) anyway I got to meet him (i was like 11 or something) and i had a big crush on him.

I think was a weird process because John Stevens; the guy that took over lead singer on their Australian tours was really good.
Guess thats just TV.

Is the new lead singer any good?

Yeah, when i saw it i almost fell off my chair for some reason lol. It was an unexpected shock.
Shes probably the prettiest girl in the world    ahh i envy her.
