Show how many times people edited their post? I mean I don't think anyone really cares, what's the point? LOL

I never liked that either.
I dunno if it can be taken off or not.
Gabe was gonna try and kill it on the Evboard but never figured out how.

I think you can take it out if you want to, although it may not be as straightforward as clicking a button - i haven't looked at the source, but i think you could just comment that part out.
That said, i think it should stay - i like to know when someone has "changed their story."

i'm pretty sure if you go to the bottom of viewtopic.php and comment out the "if" part and just use the "else" part, it won't show up anymore...although i don't have phpbb installed so i can't try it out.

I like it, it's a good way to stop people editing their posts to make repliers look like fools.

That only happens when nobody has replied to your post yet
Then you can edit as many times as you want, and it won't show.

as with most things, i only skimmed lightly over the FAQ then heeded to the intense temptation of posting  :wink:
