I was listening to twilight,and he was asking me what it was about,so i told him.He was listening to it,and looking kinda happy,and then when it got to "As the sun shines thru..etc." he stopped and just looked at me.I was like "Huh....?" and he said "Oh my god,she just said exactly what i've been trying to tell you".And then he said he loves her and that its a brilliant album,so i'm very happy.Apart from the fact that he's stolen it,and wont give it back.

that's so cute - constantly try to convert my mom - she loves the stuff i loved in high school and we used to listen to all the same stuff them - but whenever i try these days she never has time or any want to try the music i want her to hear (i.e. delta and vanessa) - she will call me everytime she sees one of them on tv to tell me - but she wont listen to their music

i often catch my mum humming a little bit of nessa... or singing along or w/e in the car :oops: :oops: :oops: its so cool

and today at school this new girl came round, and we were chatting in our classroom, and atm came on and she was like "oh wow, vanessa carlton, i love this song" i was like

wooo hoooo! another convert. lol. its great when other ppl start to appreciate the greatness of nessa. well done! buy yourself a new BnN because i doubt u'l be getting that one back! haha. Jo x x x

that's awesome. i'm trying to get my little sister into Vanessa...cause the stuff she likes is stuff like Brittney and Hillary Duff and shtuff like that.

my mom was basicaly forced into vanessa she hated her then i brought her to 7 concerts lol and then it started lol she wanted to go to the one on the 6th holly managed to sneak her mom in luck im very jelious lol but she realy likes her now

Everytime I play it in my car and my mom with me .. she tells me to turn it off! haha she has no tolerance for ANYTHING I listen to. The only song she has liked is a song from the Great Expectations soundtrack called "Life In Mono" by Mono.

I got Vanessa to sign a copy of BnN and I gave it to my sister for Christmas. On New Years Eve of that year, she and I both got our Wisdom Teeth out, so we sat around and bonded over VC for like a week after that. My other little sister felt left out, so she got into Nessa too.

Next time Nessa tours, we're all going to see her live. Yay for cool sisters.
