Yeah I tried a new place for me where it's kind of like Iron Chef Morimoto's restaurant so you don't order, the sushi chef just makes what's fresh and good that day and I tried a lot of fish I never had before. They don't make California Rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls, or cut rolls because it's a more traditional Japanese sushi place.  It was fun. They had a good Blue Crab roll and great sashimi.
