What do you all think of these songs? I think her singing at times needed more takes. Pretty Baby was very, well, pretty, lol.   I'm glad she changed the lyrics in Ordinary Day. Although in the Rinse recording of that song the strings section was so much more laid back than the BNN version, which I much prefer; I thought the BNN version's string section sounded over-produced and somewhat unneccessary. I think I prefer the Rinse version of Rinse. Carnival is cool, the drum beat is very catchy, but the effect on the vocals is a bit poorly done. It's not really of a commercial standard.
I really love All I Ask, and I wonder why it didn't make it to BNN.....?

I am curious... how different do you think V's career would be if she had released Rinse instead of Be Not Nobody :?:

Yes, Eisley reminds me alot of V. I love that band, beautiful voices! I highly recommend checking them out.

it's not perfect grammar, i think, but i think it makes sense.

She doesn't always use correct grammar, I've noticed. Like in Annie she says "Years for you and I." When, it should be,(Unless I'm mistaken, which is a good chance) "Years for you and me."

Thought the incorrect grammar in All Is Well, I like it. It's amazingly pretty, almost like a lullaby.

Where's the 'Other Sheet Music' thread?

As for Van's new song, if it's not a cover, then someone'll have to transcribe it first.

There was another sheet music thread a while back(The one saying "Piano sheet music for Harmonium." I wasn't sure if I should ask there or here for All Is Well.(Which isn't a cover, I don't believe.) And, yes, yes, of course transcribing it first.
