Dammit Vanessa! Come down here! It's been June since I've gotten to go to a show. I'm starting to go through withdrawals.

How many tickets would you need? Just 2?

If there's a problem getting them I'll work on it for you, I'll just talk to some of my UB friends.  So let me know.

this is the reply i received:

Hi Brian,
I am not sure which site on ticketmast.com you are referring too that is selling Vanessa Carlton tickets but if you would be so kind as to send me the exact link that would be great.  We are not selling Vanessa Carlton tickets to the general public at this time.  If it is on the site as such please let me know because it should not be there.
Thanks
Jenn

i sent back stating that the tickets are non "on sale", but just that the event is listed with reference to UB's festival.

well, the UB website says that students and their families have to be registered. so i'm taking that to mean that it's only open to students and their family members that are registered :-/

Nikki will more than likely be there, since she goes to UB. there is the slightest chance that i'll be able to go as well, but it is highly unlikely.

guess we're all just going to have to sit this one out. at least nikki will be there though, so it's not like we're going to be completely un-represented.

I'm her sister, doofus, where have you been?

I'm working on getting some answers, folks.  As far as I know right now the only way to get a ticket is if you are registered for family weekend, which means you need to be a relative of a UB student.  There is a chance that they will open the event to the public, but the venue is quite small and these events usually sell out quickly.  When I know more I will post.
