Okay, so this video has been on here ages! But thanks to a YouTuber, they pointed out that the song she plays is Marching Line! You can hear after the instrumental that she goes to A, and sounds like Marching Line. So! Expect an instrumental part! :D

FredericoTV is me hahahah.
when the four elements video was posted someone imediatly said that the song on the video was also on this one :)
-
Good call!
-
yeah, it used to be an old instrumental piece,
much like how Waltz turned into Tall Tales For Spring,
this untitled song evolved into The Marching Line.
-
Awesome! I'm so glad she put lyrics to that piece. It's easily in my top 3 of the album.
-
That's so cool! I love rare windows into the creative process like this.

Isn't it Fairweather Friends, not Marching Line? Confused!!

No, it's The Marching Line. If you listen to it, it has the same melody as the part that's like, "Ships gonna take me at midnight," in the chorus.

From the amazon sample, it seems like this song has changed a lot from then to now.... :)
