I pose this question because I heard the expression used today. I just need someone to put this into perspective for me. :?

It's pretty easy to make sense of, you're prolly just confused because of the whole monkey thing. If you think of a person instead it just means your cousin
-
Its not a cousin is it? isn't it a nephew? I'm pretty sure it is.
-
Well it'd be a monkey! DUH! :P

Nah...
That would be the son of a monkey's brother or sister

All of the above.
Well, except for the last option.

I just figured that out too. Because the question doesn't ask what the monkey is in relation to anything.
-
Aaah mwahahaha!
-
Well, in a way, that's right. I mean, wouldn't they all be monkeys? His brother, sister, parents, aunt, uncle, cousins, sons, daugthers, nieces, nephews... If one of them's not a monkey, then I have some questions about someone's integrity. :?

Monkeys? We don't need no friggin monkeys!
