I’m gonna go on tour in November with a violinist and a guitarist I think it should be cool.

Wow, does she mean JUST a violin and guitar?  I just listened to the 11/11/02 House Of Blues show recently, and was hoping for a full band.

Seriously, it's been four-plus years.  The acoustic thing is beyond played out.  Honestly, the idea bores me.  Is it just me?

Think of how amazing it would be if she went out with a full band, and brought out the violin player for either an encore or a few acoustic songs in the MIDDLE of the set.

Oh, I agree! That would be beyond amazing!!!

She should at least get a drummer, though.

i like acoustic too, but some band would be nice once in a while.

i dont know.. it just seems like if she had a full fledge band, we'd want the intimacy back... and we have the intimacy so we want the band lol I guess it'd be a good idea to switch it up a bit.

I like acoustic better too.
I've grown to be very fond of Vanessa's acoustic performances over the years, I don't think I can get tired of them.

Maybe she prefers not to slowly go deaf. Jk, idk, but I think her touring with a violinist and guitarist is a good idea. While a lot of her songs on BNN sound better with a full band, to be honest, I tend to like the acoustic songs more. I think she should add a cellist for the bass end =P

eh, I think she looks healthy.

When I look at the picture, it reminds me of Fiona Apple.

I know what you mean. It has a Fiona-Vibe to it.....hmmm.....
