I hope nobody has asked this before, but are the lyrics of the album anywhere on the internet?
I would appreciate it if someone knows this.

I know, that is merely an error.  I am 100 percent sure it is riposte.

Did anyone else notice that in the song "Heroes and Thieves," she says "and I seek a solitude"?  I thought I heard her say that, so I checked it out in the liner notes.
And in FLM, she says "You say you'll write," not "you say alright".  "you say you'll write" makes much more sense in the context

WEIRD. And they got it wrong in the booklet too, if that's the case.

is it possible that maybe it's meant to be repost? LOL
it may not make sense...but if it's like that on her website and in the cd BOOKLET she must've wanted it that way...

In "This Time", every time the word "too" pops up, it is misspelled.  They put "to".   :?

 Have you noticed that in the lyrics booklet, the album is divided into "Side One" and "Side Two" ??  Ke magnifik!

Just a simple misspelling. Happens all the time, even in professional printed documents. At least her Web site can be changed.

Yes thank you for that.
But I can't make a direct link to a song of that :) I have to publish it on my linksite about Vanessa :)

So the other link that has given here is of much help! Great.

I'm quite surprised that it is the SUBWAY that radiates with heat.
Must be all that fresh bread they're baking

But, I'm not a bit surprised that it is a FLICKERING of my mistakes, as I always knew it was.
"I flick a ring of my mistakes"?  That makes Norfolk & ยข.

I didn't know, and I wasn't quite so concerned about it as some others were, but all the early version of the lyrics posted on here figured that it was the sun, which seemed to make sense at the time.

subways- hm, well see, "radiate with heat" is putting it kindly.

anyway. it totally makes sense. quite accurate and much more poetic than i would describe it myself.

yeah me too, i'd be like, the subway's hot as balls and full of bums.
but that wouldn't fit the song very well.

I always heard 'subway' it made the most sense. I can also see it in a video, Vanessa cursing 'Goddammit it's fuckin' hot'.
