The individual officers involved should have been found liable as well. Should be fired and thrown into prison. What... paying a crapload of money suddenly makes everything better? Justice was not served. Similar crap will happen again as long as law enforcement keeps their bullshit Mossad mentality.

Justice in the UK or USA are better in Brazil

If it had happened here.. nothing would be done.. NOTHING. So, we brazilians are proud about it... it's something..
