My initial reaction was...
WHAT THE HELL?!
The video had nothing to do whatsoever with the song.

I really like it- but i wish it reflected the power the song has for me. Its really growing on me though, and its just SO good to see her dance- i just hope more than anything that its a hit.

I love the dancing.
I especially like when she walked over to Vanessa and crawled on the piano then vanessa left and she was singing on her back on the piano, so sexy!!! :D
I love the video, its so different.

Hmmm - Vanessa looked beautiful
It wasn't what i expected - the choregraphy was fantastic
i just expected it to have more meaning than it did
i thought they would fight or something
i loved the old school ballet pic of VC all blow up

ok ok ok ok ok ---- i saw it now in a clean version - the version on mtv.com sucked it was very choppy but then at vc.info it was clean - and it kicks way more ass than i thought!!!!

i liked it a lot, but there wasn't much going on in it...it sort of reminds me of amdny moore's have a little faith video....bland....lol...but white houses is much better...

i liked it a lot, but there wasn't much going on in it...
not alot going on!?
you is insane! I think the dancing is enough to consume the mind's attention many many times over.
oh and...I adore it beyond words. This is what I have wanted since I first came to know Vanessa.

I totally agree with that. People have been spouting off about how there is nothing going on in it. wth? It shows more about them then the video, really.

and hey...is she attached to strings or what? cause thats some pretty crazy shtuff if she's not!

I still hold the position(pardon the pun) that she did it all au natural. :wink: But people say she had help from strings or a person, computer edited to erase the so called aids. I'm a staunch believer she did it all by herself. :razz:

Well, they did skip an important part(and probably the most difficult) of one of the moves she did. The one where she does that amazing lift off the floor from her back.
The jump I think you are reffering to is actaully possible and is a result of shifting center of gravity.

shhh! hehe there are no strings ;)
but fine...even if there are, the best parts dont use them. My favorite is the turned in, bent knee, ronde jambe en l'air (or however one would spell that) kinda thing...I dont know how to describe it. And the last turning pass is so pretty! Yay...I watch again now :)

I love it, and I ADORE the dancing. She's dancing with the music. It's like....I love it. When you can actually --feel-- the music--like something in your bones.
I'm a very artsy-fartsy type-gal, and when I heard/saw the song/video, I loved it. I thought it was beautiful, because not many people can express themselves that way.

That's what I was thinking too the first time I saw it, but then when I got to seeing the dancing and realised she was playing to herself, I was blown away! 8O

I absolutely love it!!!! It's my fave Nessa music vid.
The dancing was amazing, the lying on the piano piece was really cool her voice sounded so interesting, 2 Vanessa's is just the best and lke what was said in that article, it shows her personality really well.

I love the fact that we actually got to see some of her moves but she did have a little help,the choreographer assisted her in moves she could not do alone.[/b]

I didn't like it. With so much imagery in the song, i thought she could have included them in the video.
