Yeah so some teams have already reported but . .. I still have until Tuesday with the Janks . . . which brings us to A-Rod. Like OMG! I hope he doesn't act like a TOTAL asshole. . . but, yeah we know he's damn good.
What do you think were the biggest moves of the off season?
-
Would you like to know how long I have been talking about this Alex/Yankees business? FOREVER! Yep! My cousin Kyle and I are just . . . I actually don't know, we've just been sayin'. I'm quite pleased, however, that A-Rod's deal with the Red Sox fell through. Damn, you'd see someone gettin' their ass kicked (by me . . . 8O) if that had happened.
-
So this is good? It has me wondering . . .'cause see he said he'd only wave his "no trade clause" for "a few select teams." Right? But he never said he'd go for this playin' a different position deal. So why's he doing it for Newjark? I think he has an evil scheme to kill Jeter!! 8O
-
Well, you know what I originally heard, was Alex was going to the Yankees, ad he would take Jeter's spot and Jeter would take third (since that sexy Cincinnatian did whatever to his leg). But DEREK was all, "No, I'm too Catholic and sexy to move - Even if you Al, are sexy (and most likely Catholic being he is Mexican) as well." So that's what I heard.
But hell, I'd move to NY even if I'd have to change positions - It's only 7 feet to the right.
It's nothing to kill Jeter. Sexy people have this way . . . They don't kill people of their own race. Now, Alex killing Nick Johnson, I could see that, not Jeter (or Giambi).
Poor Soriano
-
He went to Texas, where he still won't be any bigger than that 100lbs he barely is . . .
I didn't think they'd even mentioned Jeter moving. . .and if they did, what a slap in the face! "Yeah, you helped us win ya know 4 Championships, and you're captain, but this new guy is gonna take your place because well we like him better he gets more money can hit more home runs and was in People Mag's list of the 50 most beautiful people." "But so was I."
Rrrright.
-
But it's what we heard! Blame . . . Uh . . . ESPN.
Regardless, Jeter WON'T have to change positions . . . So.
You know how sad this is? How old am I? 13? And you're 15, and we're both girls - And we're the only 2 people talking about baseball. MAYBE at some point Andrew'll come in and yell about Yankees being only about money and Reds being great 'cause they've that new-fangled rookie pitcher now, but until then NO ONE has even bothered. *sighs* These days basketball rules over all sports *pukes* and "rap music" isn't an oxymoron. This is sad.
-
Ohhh it's sad, all right!
And what about their little fights? Did they make up? I know ALex 'pologised . . .but what ever did happen? I know he called Jeter "not the person in the line up you fear" and said that he deserves the bigger contract . . .
-
He's just being an idiot . . . When you're with a Texas team for too long *cough*Clemens*cough*, you don't have any competition, so, like, Alex didn't have anyone on the Rangers that could have been a threat to him; Someone that could've "stolen his thunder," where as, on the Yankees, you have up to - What - 182485719870149 GOOD baseball players you gotta compete with? Wait 'til Alex gets to the Yankees, he won't be an asshole anymore.
I hope what I said makes sense. It, of course, makes perfect sense to me . . . But that's crackhead Cecilia
-
Woah - I totallly got that
A-rod is still better though. He was right about him deserving the money, well if you only look at ability. BUt he was VERY wrong about Jeter not being a threat in the line up. I mean Jeter! There's a guy who always comes through in the clutch.
-
how about them blue jays :D
-
This is true, girlfriend, but . . . (I can't think of anything else to say, so why don't we pretend like I said something that REALLY made sense right here, okay? Okay)
EDIT: Ohhh, yes, Alexxx, those Canadian fools. When was the last time they won a game? Or, wait . . . When was the last time YOU weren't their only fan? :P
-
How 'bout 'em?
-
I think what The Poopface is TRYIN' to say, is Cece was on a team called the Blue Jays as a 5 year old child during t-ball, and we could've taken Toronto. He's aware of this fact, though.
-
But it's what we heard! Blame . . . Uh . . . ESPN.
We can blame ESPN for EVERYTHING sports related and be justified, LOL.
And since the Yankees are monopolizing again, *dangles Junior Spivey* -- I have a replacement second baseman for you. He was an all star two years ago and doesn't want to be here in Milwaukee *nods*
-
Doesn't cost enough to play 'ere.
-
Welllllllllll, did we already figure who the Yankees are trading along with Soriano?
'Cause I haven't.
-
A minor leaguer . . .
-
My offer still stands, Junior Spivey for any spare outfielder you have! Give us Bubba Crosby, or some scrub in AAA. Just someone so I don't have to look at Ben Grieve any longer than I will before he gets injured, LOL.
-
Oh.
Talk to George, not me! :X
-
Kenny Lofton, CF
Derek Jeter, SS
Alex Rodriguez, 3B
Jason Giambi, 1B
Gary Sheffield, RF
Bernie Williams, DH
Jorge Posada, C
Hideki Matsui, LF
Miguel Cairo, 2B
How much would you kill for this line up?
-
I woulddddddd say myself, but then I figured if I wasn't alive I couldn't appreciate it, so who knows.
