Title: i,m visiting chicago!
Post by: windycity on August 11, 2007, 07:33:06 am: well everybody i have good news and bad news the bad is i lost my job at the bostonnow.com newspaper i passed them them, anyway i was located at the airport where unfortunetly 1/2 the ppl there took it but the other 1/2 didnt natually the boss didnt understand y! u cant force ppl to tajke take something free if they dont want it,but now the good, i managed to sv a total of $1300 for my vacation which unfortunetly draws to a close tues,when i go back to boston!my oldest brother is right about about onething its a dump!take away the schools and building that are older than u and me!there is nothing there!so i hope is having a nice summer anyway,looking forward to,vanessa new cd lets hope it does very well! :)

Does anyone here live there? I bet there are neighborhoods to avoid and such. What is there to see (monuments, museums...)?
Does it get really cold around October?

Post by: windycity on August 27, 2007, 11:15:36 am: unfortunetly i no longer live in chicago, but i was visiting about 2 wks ago,there are alot of things to do such as tours,sears tower if u can stomach being 110 stories!looking down, but u can see Indiana and as far as Wisconsin,u can take a tour of the lakefront on the cruise ships that lay under the michigan ave.bridge , navy pier,millenium park u cant miss! try staying at a hostel there not bad, i stayed for 4 days and i pd $256+$10 for the key to your room u get the $10 back when u ck out.does this help!
