Umm well i would guess that reading the Rules (http://forums.nessaholics.com/viewtopic.php?t=355) and FAQ (http://forums.nessaholics.com/viewtopic.php?t=523) would be a good start. And if you still need help I'm sure a friendly nearby Mod will help.
