Title: Does anyone else not like My Best cuz it sounds too kiddish?
Post by: Laura on October 29, 2007, 11:07:36 pm: that's the only song i skip over on the cd..i dunno if it's just me, but something about that song sounds little kiddish & it drives me nuts lol. the music, lyrics, just everything i guess.

I think its cos i really get the song and its basically something that has happened to me and I listen to it thinking why wasn't this around last year!

My and my ex are still really close, in fact I probably feel closer to her than anyone, I don't love her any less, it just didn't work out and more than likely never will.

How do you make that connection? The only similarity that I hear is the weird keyboard in both of the songs.

Post by: NoelleNC on November 01, 2007, 07:06:06 pm: I don't like the way the piano sounds in the song - I think it really contributes to the immature vibe of the song. I didn't like it at all at first. It's ok now, but I think it's definitely one of the stronger tracks.

I don't like how near the end she sings the melody like "EHHH EHHH EHHH EHHH EHHH EHH EHHH" I don't know, it sounds like she's whining too much.
