Title: Any piano players who can play by ear?

I was wondering if anyone could create sheets for a song that I'm hoping to learn.  I'm terrible when it comes to playing by ear, but this song sounds like it would be easy for someone who has that ability.

Err I don't really have the time, and I haven't been practicing so I probably wouldn't get it 100% right but I think the first four top hands note are G#,G#,G,E

i know it's been a year, was this the request for the emily haines song "winning"? did you ever find the sheet music?
