Post by: iluvvanessa on May 29, 2008, 06:45:35 pm
EDIT: LYRICAL MISTAKE
So Vanessa changed one of the bridges(?) in C'est La Vie from
"Oh say you say me"
To something else, can anyone tell me what those lyrics are? heres a clip, the change is at about 1.00

"oh I'm at your feet say always and forever more I'll be your perfect little sugar bride....."

and on the CD she says it  "say you, say me, say always and forever more I'll......"

I'm pretty sure in the original song, when she says that line, she means to mix the French and English. Which would make more since as it would be like saying "Oh, it's you, it's me, it's always and forever more I'll be your perfect little sugar bride..." Since "c'est," means "it is."

Lol I see what you mean. Sometimes when I get used to things the way I like it I kind of have a what the hell attitude when people say I'm wrong.

That makes sense to me.
