Anyone going?  I plan to, but last time she was supposed to play close by, it was canceled.

Anyway, hope to see some people there.

You're lucky that you live right there! I don't have too long of a drive, though. About two hours.

Only two hours. Since I cant make the one in Atlanta (of all days my dads B-day) I will most likely go to this one. the drive will be about four hours though, but its worth it!

Are you serious, Limey!? I am so sorry. Her last words were, I gotta get on a plane. So sad. You should leave after the opener!! JR is so boring and lame!!

Yeah, I was pretty bummed when I went to the Greene Street Club and saw that she couldnt make it after driving the almost two hour drive. We got there a little before six and walked up to the club to scope things out, and saw the little sign on the door saying she couldn't make it due to flight delays. We asked the dude inside if we could get a refund and he said to stick around till 8 and he would "make it up to us." Then he said something about Vanessa not being the headliner so the majority of people didnt come to see her anyway. We weren't interested in seeing the other two peeps and didnt feel like waiting around till 8 since we weren't really promised a refund so we just headed back home.
It sucks cause I was really excited to see her... I hope she'll come back to NC soon.  :cry:

Yeah, it was actually her flight got delayed...but still, it sucks.  I stayed around, to watch Alexa, she was awesome.  JR's pianist took V's spot.  Not even close to being as good.  We stayed for two of JR's songs then went home.

I only stayed because my friend was with me.  If not, I would have just went home.  I did get to talk with Alexa for a few minutes, she was really sweet.

I really don't think I am ever going to see V play...ever.  At least I have the memory of stalking her in NYC.  (Not really, but I did meet her on the street hahaha).

yeah when i talked with her at the atlanta show on wednesday she said she was flying out to san jose,ca the next day so she must not have been able to get a flight back in time.

Yes but on Vanessas part and our part that probably wouldnt have worked I can live with watching you tube videos untill next time... I guess... :(

yeah well i recorded the whole show in atlanta but won't be able to post them until i get back home from california.only song i didn't  get in its entirety is "half a week before the winter" because i ran out of memory on my chip and didn't switch it before the song started.so all i got was the like the first minute and a half.
