Title: Audio Ripping?

Can anyone recommend a good audio-ripper for a mac?

I have audacity, but am having trouble ripping audio from the internal speakers (or whatever it's called. uh, hopefully someone gets what I mean)

So yeah. Help?

Lime wire?

Not sure for sites. Audiogalaxy was once a great site but I think they shut it down or something. No idea honestly. I haven't been there for years but there must have been a reason why I left that site :P.
