its not my favorite type of music but i always have it stuck in my head,lol. I would have to say my favorite song from their new cd is the song "perfect".

SP: I was just fixing the top 9 at 9 right now there was a little mistake on the top 1, so uh

Valentine (the dj): yeah, we looked at jojo's top 9 at 9 and Simple Plan wasnt in there!

Me: Omg!

SP: are you ok with that? is that cool with you?

Me: no! thats a tragedy! thats terrible!

SP: *laughs*

Val: hey Holly, would you mind if i said one thing really quick?

Me: yeah! (oops, meant to say no, lol)

Val: because there's people in the studio with simple plan and me with simple plan
*yells something about being quiet in spanish*
sorry... they didnt realize we were on the radio Holly!

Me: oh...

SP: It had to be said!

SP: so whats happening right now, what are you doing tonight?

Me: umm... just homework cause i'm going to be out all weekend

SP: no!! homework!!

Me: yeah!

SP: so, what are you doing on the weekend?

Me: my birthday party

SP: OH!! good for you!! happy birthday!!"

Me: thankyou!!

Val: hey Holly, wanna know where simple plan is going to be drinking tonight at 10 o'clock?

Me: yeah!!

Me: i jumped onstage with you at pepsi smash!

yeah, they ROCK!
i love their songs... and i love the fact that they are SO down to earth! they treat there fans as equals... they're jokers too tho, lol, like the "bag of shame"  :x

From what I've heard of Simple Plan i really like them. I heard a tiny clip of Addicted a ages ago but didn't know who they were.
Then a while after i was listening to these Kid Mixes (Check it out, Kids singin Big Yellow Taxi  :lol: http://www.fye.com/catalog/musicProduct.jhtml?itemId=10997023 ) and it had I'd Do Anything. I was like Who Sings that  8O i love it! so i downloaded the proper one  :lol:

Simple Plan is about as far from Emo as an artist can get.  Simple plan is just pop-punk.

Besides, Emo is whiney.  By it's very nature.  

This coming from the girl who thinks Marily Manson is the epitome of good music?!?  He made his CAREER whinning about the mainstream.
