Okay so tommorrow is my Italian Oral (25% of my final Italian grade may i add- aaaaaaaaaaagh) and we are sposed to learn around 50 questions all in italian, aswell as taking part in two roleplays!
This is so scary, its just me and my teacher sitting there examining me- and then this grade decides if i go to sixth form college or not! ack ack ack, u linguists got any good ideas!?

oops! did you say italian? me knows very leetle sorry! lol

nerea: its not a bloody 'translate a completely different language' exam now is it!?
I kinda understood that, there's some subjunctive in there.
hehe, translate THAT! lmao

hehe, translate THAT! lmao
"Kings has many students, but I think it has too many students: it's always full of ppl. (insert whatever here) if it has too many students it's because Kings is a beautiful school"
hmm how's that? lol don't laugh! those r really wild guesses!!
Anyway loads and loads of positive vibes! You're gonna do great!!! What I was just typing up there is that you should just relax and not try to translate what you wanna say from English, think in Italian, even if you're gonna use much simpler grammar... best of luck! *mwah* :D
-
u got the first bit right *ding!* but the second bit says 'moreover, it is a shame there are so many students because kings is a good school'
anyway thankyou so much my dear! love ya loads *mwah*

Has anyone started to become immersed in another culture and have culture shock coming back?
I've been connected to three subcultures of american culture which consisted of foreign students and regular americans. There was a time when all three subcultures said to do basically the opposite thing from each other. Can't please everyone.....
