Anyone know how to do screen caps?

yep... hit print screen to do a screen cap then open up like windows paint, or photoshop, or like even paint shop pro and like paste... you may have to make a new document in those programs first...

u just pause it where u want a pic and then Edit>Copy and then paste it in some photo editing thing e.g photoshop, picture it
