I KNOW A FEW OF THEM and i admire the volunteer work they do...
the message they convey to the people they visit... it's just refreshing and gives life more meaning...
hey, if jehovah' witnesses knock on your doors, open it, listen to what they have to say... it might change your life forever...i know it has

Yeah I get visted every month or so. I was friends with some of them back in school so I don't mind talking to them for a while. I admire some of the things they do too, but as far as their belief system goes and the way it's delivered, I have some problems accepting it (which I won't go into). It leads to some interesting discussions on my doorstep :) But we stay friends.

The father of one of my closest friends growing up was a witness. Great guy. I had some of the best religion debates of my life with him, and it shaped most of my beliefs.
But I'll still hit one with a broom if he knocks on my door. Just cause you're a good person doesn't give you the right to sell your beliefs door to door.

I can't say I'm a fan of them. I think its very annoying that they go from door to door. Last time I dealt with one was in May. I falt out told her I was an atheist and no matter what she said to me she was just wasting both of our time. I also smiled and told her to have a nice day. :)

Yeah they have hit me up before when I am walking around downtown or just in general lol
