Title: The Ahn Trio
Post by: PintOGuinness on May 27, 2003, 06:30:59 am
I finally had a chance to read through People's list of the 50 Most Beautiful People.  And while the majority were exactly who you would expect them to be, there was one that snuck in there that i was so happy to see:

Classical Musicians: The Ahn Trio
(http://www.atlantavirtuosi.org/stuff/ahn.jpg)

Three Sisters on cello, piano, and electric violin. Maria and Lucia, the twins (33) and thier little sister Angella (31).  They are Julliard trained but are tying to "bring chamber music to a new generation."  They Even do a cover of The Doors "Riders on the Storm"

One of my biggest pet peeves is people who clap in between movements during a concert, but these girls explaint it away. :)

Quote
If the audience applauds between movements? The more applauding in between the better, since it means that we have more newcomers to classical music.  -- Angella
