Title: What Now??? (poem/song)

I'm sick and tired
of being sick and tired
of all the useless stuff I once admired.

I almost gave up,
almost gave it away
but I just can't end
everything this way.

So what now?
What about the rest?
I keep going, trying my best
to forget but remember at the same time.
She was was ALMOST mine...
