So, I was bored, and decided to make this thread, although Nikkee made ita while back on the o-board . . . but that's okay! :)

It makes perfect sense, Christmas! See, Kev finished Halo (which, I hate to break it to everyone, but that's got to be one of the most horrific, boring games in the world), and then he got bored and took apart his XBOX. Then stuff about something blue, other than Smurfs.

Are you talking about all the computers on the floor?They are 466 MHz Celerons with 96 MB RAM and 8 GB hard disks. You wouldn't want one. :wink:

BTW.. that room is where I work at school. I'm a Network Administration Intern.

Edit: I see a single hard drive on top of the stack of the two brown switches. The picture is too low rez to make it out very well.

Sorta.  It's just a PC with a lineout to my TV.  My TV is hi-def so it works just like a computer monitor except bigger.  Some of the text is hard to read because of how far back I sit, so I enlarged the fonts.

I use a wireless keyboard and mouse.

And since dale left town today, I can put up posters! (He freaks out about marks on the walls. At my old house I had a ton of Red Sox/Lakers posters and stuff up, and it was with sticky tack, really gooy weird sticky tack, and the air conditioning broke, and the sticky tack melted onto the wall. So when we were moving and I was taking those off it completly ruined the paint, and such...So he said "no posters or anything on the walls" at this house. :( )

Anyways, I used nifty tape for these...haha Also I moved the dell he bought into my room, b/c I love it and I hate being out of my room where the TV is always on in the den and stuff.

This is a bit of my room at my Mom's house. Understand, however, that since the houses here are quote,unquote "dirt cheap," it's not very big.

This is some of the stuff thats going in my dorm room for next year! Just my disk chair, some pillows (3 for my bed, 2 for my chair), a quilt, and sunflowers that'll go on my desk. My mom's making me a comforter that will be red on one side and purple on the other... so i can switch between the colors on my bed. I wanted my colors to be red, orange, yellow and purple at first. But then I found out my roomate's colors are pink and green. So I switched the green for the orange so we'd have atleast one color in common, haha (like for a rug or whatever). I think it looks nicer anyways.
(note: i know the stuff looks horrible with my wall paper and carpet in the pic, but it'll look better in the actual dorm room, haha)

that is pretty cool.  How do you get on the bed at night?  jump or climb?  What type of alarm clock is that?  It looks kinda like a bose (those things are expensive!).  Can you actually sit in the chair under the bed without hitting your head?  It looks pretty spacious, and how are things going with having a roomate?

The bed is about 5 feet up. To get in it I have to step on my desk... so I guess that's climbing, but the get out I jump. That is a bose, my bro gave it to me for christmas and I <3 it. And yep, there's about 4 feet of space under the bed... so that's plenty of room to sit in the chair, it's very comfy! :)

edit: oops, forgot the last question. She is a bratty, stuck up, fake slut. But I get along with her I guess... She's also a tall blond valley girl which can get annoying since her voice has the pitch of a 5 year old. So besides the fact that she says comments like "I know I'm way above everyone so I don't like talking to people like that". and that she sleeps with guys she just met.... things are alright, haha. I just try to spend as much time away from her as I can. :)

nice dorm room holly. I love the colors. I've decided I want crimson to be the main color of my bedroom in my new apt but I'm sooooo bad w/ decorating. I need to hire an interior designer to fix it up for me lol.

her (ok, his, but all pretty beta's are boys and that's boring) name is Trixie. I gave it a girls name cause it's red and purple. I also bough my friends next door a fish named Pandio.
They're 2 guys in a dorm room, and my friend and I decided that they needed some work in their room cause it was very plain. So they now have a hanging plant, a fish, and tons of drawings in there (made by us) haha.  :)
Decorating rooms is fun!  :D

Okay... so my dorm is uhh... not nearly as nice as holly's... but oh well...  And its pretty hard to take pictures with this crappy ass webcam that can barely move since it has to stay connected with the cord, and the cord is so short.
