I'm almost shocked that no one mentioned this.
So yeah, Mr Barry White died yesterday, July 4th, he was only 58, apparently, he'd been sick for a few months, waiting for a kidney transplant.
For those who don't know him ( 8O ), he was like a legend in the history of soul music of the 70's, listen to songs like 'You're the first, the last, my everything'.
I'm not a huge fan but I appreciate his work, so I think he needed this thread.
Rest in peace Mr White, you'll be remembered by millions of people around the world.

Yeah. I heard about this earlier today and couldn't quite believe it. One of the legends of soul music. He was cool =)
