Like, those people who go on that all meat diet where they eat nothing but meat and drop 20 pounds and think "Oh, this is great,'' but you know how bad it is for your heart?! Your arteries are being clogged by the second! You'll be thinking that that all meat diet is great when you have a heart attack.

Not true. While the atkins diet DOES stress your heart out a bit, it's NOT due to clogging your arteries. BEcause your body swtiches to burning ENTIRELY fat. Which means you actually stress your heart out by eating away the fat that surrounds your heart. So its a LACK of fat that causes problems.
