looks like flame resistant pants...and the fire only will last a few sec...he will sit there, trying to get the flame to rise right on the right place to look like..hehem.....just something creative is my guess...if not demented....

Lol, people do similar things here- although not as dangerous! They spray aerosol on their two fingers, swear (a backwards peace sign in you yanks' case!) and set them alight. Lol, it looks kinda cool actually but i condemn it. haha
