well the new episode was great. Finally some closure. Usaually it ends with you sitting on the edge of your couch but this one finally gave some peace after all the weeks of frustration with that tool.

I caught the pilot when it premiered last summer and I didn't care for it. I wrote it off as yet another 90210 or Dawson's Creek.
A girl from school talked me into watching it and it turns out, it's not that bad of a show.
I've got the first 16 episodes on VCD and getting the remaining episodes off BitTorrent.
It's not for everyone, but if you want to see spoiled rich kids who look like they are in their 20s and 30s, but are playing 16-year-olds, it's fun. And the fights aren't that bad either.

I just read in Blender magazine that the band "The Killers" are gonna be on the show December 2nd!!! How awesome is that?!?!?! Last season they had "Rooney" which rocked and now "The Killers"!
It's awesome enough that they ALWAYS play good music during the episodes but the live music on top of that is icing on the cake.

We are only up to where Alex has just left and Trey comes next week.

I brought the season 1 box set a few months ago and it rocks, then the other day i brought the mix 4 cd so now i have them all and they are awesome, im not to keen on 4 but there are a few cool songs on it.

Juju is pure evil genius. She's got the best lines too "I see your fugitive flame and raise you a lesbian daughter" LOL That scene with Kirsten on "The Rainy Day Women" was hilarious.
They haven't started showing the second season here though (not sure if they ever will :?) so I've been downloading them. I need to watch from The Rager on, though I'm uber spoiled already. The season finale sounds so great... leaves such huge open paths for new twisted storylines, I can't wait for S3!

Yes!! Julie is by far my favorite character in the show.
She was so funny in this weeks episode, she was picking on Kirsten and her crush on Carter.
We were abit like you Nerea, they stopped airing the first series about 3 episodes in and it was gone for months until another television station picked it up so we were quite lucky to get it back :)
I hope you get series 2 soon, I dont think its as good as 1 but I guess thats to be expected.

I read somewhere that Anna, Luke, Lance & Carter will be returning next season and atleast 2 of the new 4 (Alex, DJ, Lindsay and Zach) will be coming back aswell =)

Oh I would LOVE for Luke to come back!! Anna was nice, but her coming back probably means trouble for Seth/Summer so I'm not sure I'll like that. As for Lance and Carter.... blah. Same goes to the other 4. I ended up hating them all, except for maybe Alex. But Lindsay was the most annoying thing in the world, she made Ryan SO boring, and so was Zach - AAARGH he gets on my nerves esp at the end of the season!

Im with you Nerea :D Id love Luke to come back aswell, towards the end I really started to fancy him. I think Lance and Luke might make abit of trouble for Julie but well I hope so because shes hilarious.
Im happy that Anna is hopefully coming back, I miss all of the originals and she was a pretty good character.
I only liked Alex out of the new four, I really hope that Zach and Lindsay dont come back.
I dont think Linsday will because the actress who played her said even though they left the door open for her character to come back she wouldn't really want too- GOOD lol.

Episode 3.01: The Aftermath
- The summer is soon over and school is starting in a few days. Trey has been in a coma since Marissa shot him. The D.A. has waited as long as possible for Trey to wake up but people are starting to demand answers and justice, which is why D.D.A. Chris Caldwell was asked to dig around and take more depositions from Ryan, Seth and Marissa amongst others. Will either Marissa or Ryan pay the price? Or will both be prosecuted? Kirsten is still at the rehab center. Julie is mad because Caleb’s accountant says it will take months before the will can be read. Summer, Sandy and Jimmy also appear.
Episode 3.02: The Shape of Things to Come
- Jimmy meets a man named Don at the Yatch Club's bar. He and Don talk about Jimmy's money problems. Julie and Sandy have a meeting with the Dean and Dr. Kim. Later, Ryan and Marissa have a meeting with the Dean to talk about their future (or lack of) at Harbor. Sandy drives to the house of Charlotte, one of the ladies who was in rehab with Kirsten. There he meets Kirsten, who seems to have decided to live there for a while.
- Summer and Marissa are in the student lounge at school where a fellow student, Taylor, talks about her project for the school's carnival… thing is it's Marissa's meeting not Taylor's. Taylor has been fighting over Social Chair with Marissa since they were freshmen. Will Marissa remain as Social Chair?
Episode 3.03: The End of...
- Jimmy must make once more the difficult decision to leave or stay with his family. Charlotte has to leave her house. Marissa, Ryan, and Sandy also appear in the episode.
Episode 3.04: Unknown
- It's Marissa's first day at Newport Union and things don't go smoothly. She has problems with a meat-head type football player and gets in trouble with Heather, a tough girl. Casey, a relaxed and confident girl, helps Marissa get out of the latter situation. Outside the school, Marissa meets with Casey, her boyfriend Brett (a 17-year-old Brad Pitt type guy), and another teen nicknamed Spaz. As she makes friends with the three of them, Marissa says she has a boyfriend. There is a dance at Newport Union.

I am about to start disc 5 of the 2nd season. I don't think I am going to be done prior to the new season which I heard starts tomorrow. I will tape it and watch it when I am finished with season 2.
I feel bad for Alex. I wanted them to work out. It was funny when Marissa told Summer and she was all, well she is pretty hott!!

I brought the season 2 dvds today bc they only came out on Wednesday over here, picked them up in the morning- its nearly 11pm now and Ive watched 14 epsiodes hahaha.
8) I love it and have come to the conlusion that I kind of do like Lindsay now and her and Ryan made a nice little couple.
I agree with you Let, I felt sorry for Alex aswell. I hope she comes back but I doubt they will atleast not in the new series.

I wont get to watch the new episodes until about late January/early Febuary.
I was having a marathon lol because I have been so bored over the past 2 days, I'm up to episode 19 now so thats pretty good concidering I only started around 11am yesterday morning.
There are a few things that have me abit puzzled about the Aus dvd box set like Kirsten isnt on the surface of a disc (dont know if shes on a U.S one but it just seems weird bc Julie & Sandy are on one) , ep 13 is called 'The Father Knows Best' where it used to be called 'The Test' and the only extra features I got was the commentary and extended Alex and Marissa kiss. But anyway...
I love it when she shoots him and Hide & Seek kicks in, it works perfectly :D

I had a little mini marathon of my own yesterday. I watched both discs 5 and 6.
I don't think I can pick a favorite. Discs 3 and 4 were really good.

Yeah I think that maybe they could of strung out the Trey plotline for a few more episodes rather than summing it all up in just the one.

Some OC fans were having a hissy fit because Ryan and Marissa did 'it' on the beach and found it weird that they would do that since she was nearly raped on the same beach.
