This is not meant to be a suck up thread.  But you know I think the people who run this site and board aren't appreiciated enough for what they do here.  This site is much better than the one ran by fullerene.  This site went down a couple of days ago, but you know, there was a real reason for it.  So I just wanted to say in front of everyone how much I appreciate the mods, administrators, and staff.  At least you can say thank you for not having "Flood control on" :wink:

Thanks guys :)  There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes... without the support of a good friend of mine (Kelly) helping with the server stuff, the Mods keeping me informed and such when things go down (Kev called me from WA!) and bah, it's really the fans.  You guys bringing in more people, teaching them the ropes, letting our member base continue to grow.  Just motivates people to work harder.

lol, it's funny because when i set that up... it was more of myself mocking the role.  The admins come with the original title of "Site Admin" and i thought that was a bit uppity.  So i was trying to figure out what to change it to and i was going to go for "the fucking admin" then i thought... eek, we have little peoples!  so i was like "freakin' admin!"  That way when i sign on, people go "oi, freakin' admin!"

I'm glad it has amused so many people tho, i kinda like it too :)

Thanks dude. Although, as I  remember, you were one of the people consistantly here supporting this forum when nobody used to come here and nessaholics.com was trying to get it off the ground. The first to reach 100 posts 8) One of the very important building blocks indeed. So I return the thanks.

They deserve our ridicule and our praise.

With a membership at 500+ and growing, rules are broken and issues are brought up.  And frankly, there is no end in sight to the problems.  But when they get it right, they do deserve a, "thank you."  Especially because they don't get paid.  They do all this for free.
