I saw it last night. Ally and Jamie, yes they are very rich. It is kinda funny. It seems as though Jamie smokes just to smoke. She looks ridiculous.

Whoa their spending!! But for real that what $1400 or what not they drop shopping. One TH shirt or pair of jeans is like over 50 bucks so yeah they are really really rich.

It seems they are tyring to say they are normal just rich but really, not that I see so far.

yeah I read in the bio that Ally is from Greenwich. It was on again this afternoon. I forget what time but we are ahead so you might can still catch it. Then again it's MTV it will be on many many more times.

My full name is Alexandria Hilfiger. I was born in Manhattan, New York and grew up splitting my time between Greenwich, CT and New York. I have a younger brother and two younger sisters. My birthday is February 26, 1985 (I'm a Pisces). I went to the Professional Children's School for high school in Manhattan. When I was 13 I played a role in a play called Abby's Song on Broadway. When I was 17, I produced a film Proud with Ossie Davis as the lead. After that, I produced and hosted a little show for Nantucket television called In the House with Ally Hilfiger. I am now producing Rich Girls and I love to paint--a lot. I love fashion and art. My favorite shows are The Osbournes, Friends and Sex and the City.

i think it's kind of odd how they say that they're just like everyother teenager. it's like the hilton sisters saying they're not spoiled. i mean, they're filthy rich and have everything at their disposal, so how can than totally be like everyother teenager? Most teenagers don't spend over $50 for a single tshirt, and if they do they usually have to work for it.....and don't try to tell me that Ally's last name has nothing to do with the fact that she's produced a movie and "rich girls".....i dunno, i just wish they wouldn't insist on people viewing them as an average teenager when they really aren't....*stoprantingstopranting*

that aside, i think the show's hilarious.

I loved how in the episode Jamie, whenever in the middle of a frustrating phone call or while thinking of that boy Michael who she sweats but can't have, she makes what I lovingly call "the ugly face" over and over again.  She just frowns and looks really bad.  I can't explain it.  Someone please assure me I'm not seeing things.

Oh, and I hated Jamie's prom dress.  Can I get an Amen, please?

We had a similar programme here- it was called 'Young, Posh and Loaded'. It was hillarious, we have so many spoilt little rich kids here (especially where i live!) who are like "oh daddy bought me a new rolls royce the other day, not sure if i like the colour though." and they all go to very posh private schools, get hideously drunk at weekends and think they're very cool.

I will always treasure the episode where one girl lost her car...

i think that both of you are on the right track, but no matter how "down to Earth" they think they are, there are just some things about a "normal" life that if you're filthy rich like these girls, you're never going to experience.  Sure they go to prom, but did they work for those dresses and the limo and the yachts and expensive dinners?  No, it's all family money.  I really don't know what they are trying to prove by doing this show, but to me it's definately not to display how normal they are.

I think that she has something wrong with her face, she like has a permanant frown, talking, smiling or whatever. Weird.
