There was this boy that was on some kind of drug and he was riding his bike one night. And then...simon hit him and the boy died. Then the boys brother went crazy and wrote on the church sign something like murderer. And that's all I know.

the kid simon hit was high and wasn't wearing a bike helmet so he died.  Did the actor who plays Simon leave the show and that's why he left for college?

i heard somewhere that this was his last year on the show, so they're probably writing him off.
