Omg..this movie looks so good..i wanna see it....jessica alba stars in it..she's dancer......etc. anyone else gonna see it? i know there are some J fans here...!!!! so..lol

another dance movie....hopefully this one is better than Save the Last Dance.  My favorite is still Turning Point with Center Stage at a close second.

yep.  I would rather have awesome dancing and really bad acting (like in Center Stage) than a big name star and horrible dancing that was Save the Last Dance.  Julia's hip-hop was mediochre and her ballet was pukey.  I also thought the storyline sucked.

My sister saw it yesterday, she said it was really good.
I'm sure it was too, I mean its Jessica Alba, she is not only bootiful, but she is a great actress, I really miss Dark Angel

I hardly watch movies.  But everytime I see the commercials for this movie I start to drool.  I probably won't be seeing it.  Most definantly not seeing it.

agreed...julias dancing was...meh...she didnt even go en pointe! that dissapointed me. Centre stage was so much better. I really wanna see honey too, though from the commercials it looks like most of the dancing is just seductive body rolls...hopefully thats just for the marketting hehe.

yeah no kidding.  I was watching one scene where Julia's character was in class and she was going into an arabesque and her foot was not flagged, her knee was wicked bent, and the leg wasn't even close to parallel from the floor...I cringed and had to look away.  I know I'm being really nit-picky and off topic but, it's one of those things that really annoys me.

I just saw the movie on Saturday night, I loved it.

Not only was she beautiful, the ending made me cry, I got a little emotional.

But fair play to her, it takes guts to do that when the dancing world is so critical- and in my view she did a pretty good job actually, not great- but what do u expect? That pointe work wasn't hers anyway. I LOVED STLD!
