so I was wondering if any of ya'll had suggested graphic programs and prices?...

especially miss stephy since I have seen her work in action.

I use Adope Photoshop, and would recommend the newest edition yet, because that will get you the furthest. I have an OLD one (5.0)

well ---

as far as animated gifs go - fireworks mx 2004 is supposed to be great - however i haven't used to yet - i use fireworks mx

as far as photo munipulation (sp?) - photoshop's newest version is supposed to be great too - still wouldn't know - i am using version 7

i use freehand which is very very very similar to illustrator - however is made by macromedia (i love macromedia and have a dislike for adobe)

and for multimedia - flash - of course ---!

they are all pretty expensive - you can check out

macromedia.com
and
adobe.com

and they have the prices up

If you find a program on kazaa such as photoshop 7 or fireworks mx you can run a search on keygen and find key generators for the programs thus alleviating you of having to purchase the software to acquire the serial numbers required for the install.   And dont worry about the piracy, adobe themselves have made the program somewhat easy to steal so that younger people can attain illegal cpies and learn how to use them, that way when they are older and want something for their company work they will request photoshop etc etc..

Fireworks mx 2004 is great. It's about the same as fireworks mx except it has a few new things...like red eye removal and replacement color tool. Other than that it's about the same but it's easier to navigate...the tool bar doesn't run into the properties bar.

If you're going to download one fireworks go for the fireworks mx 2004.
