Yes, indeed, the Holics voted off the song that got them into Vanessa! Moving on... We have gotten it down to four songs : Rinse, Wanted, Sway, and Paradise. Surprising, yes. But who will go down? The voting will get harder, except for the anti-Paradisers. Will the Pro-Paradise break apart. Will mine and Nerea's pull to keep Wanted in? Competition gets harder as the voting does, keep in mind. We all know who jlmusicchick is voting for!

PARADISE! For goodness sake! It is the most weak, underproduced song on the album- don't keep it in just for principle. Its GOTTA GO! I hate the Paradise 'alliance'- you're all cheaters! lol

Isn't this round VIII? Anyways, I agree with Rosie. Enough is enough. I supported 'paradise' for a while but this is ridiculous. To say that 'rinse' or 'wanted' is better than 'a thousand miles' is crazy. You people are crazy. None the less, what's done is done. 'Sway' all the way.

hey... it is not weak! it is powerful!!
it has alot of meaning to alot of people! that song gets me through soooo much. i used to be depressed all the time, and i related to that song and it helped me get better. so dont call it weak! and i guess alot of people agree its a good song which is why we've been keeping it in!

lol... i really was voting for what i wanted before.... it wasnt really just me voting cuz ppl wanted me to. but this time, since rinse had 3 votes i had to go for paradise, cuz it really isnt one of my favorite songs on the album. Sway and Wanted are great songs, along with twilight which already got voted out...grrr

its kinda funny how this poll is now like only between the Paradise people and the anti-paradise people! We're just fighting to save our fave song! but it seems you guys have just been focussing on trying to get rid of one song. 2 totally diff motives.

Not it's not. The only way for anyone who likes ANY song but paradise to save THEIR favorite song is to get rid of paradise.
You know for a FACT that if it had come down to paradise or twilight at the end paradise would have lost... but you guys went after twilight while people were still voting for other random stuff.... if those of us who think Paradise is a shitty song (cause lyrically and musically, it is, even if you like it... it's still a bad song) want to have a real song win, then we have to get rid of paradise ASAP (and dont quite the paradise twilight tie breaker vote cause that was a short vote and didn't get that many total votes).
Same motivation as you, sweetie. Both are just trying to keep their favorite song alive

Paradise is a song i rarely listen to, its not my favorite song. but it means alot to me. the first time i heard it i cried for hours, it was finally a song that i could relate to in the way she was talking about it. i felt just like that all the time when i first heard it. i had a dangerous addiction that i was doing to try to cover it up... but somehow that song connected to me in a way that made me realize i needed to stop. i got better and rarely let myself get depressed thanks mainly to that song. those "shitty" lyrics and music you're talking about helped save my life.
you may like songs that i dont like too, but i'd never call them bad or shitty. have some respect for Vanessa atleast, this board is about her.
