what's the funniest thing you've ever heard that
even today when you think of it you can't
help but chuckle?

The one thing I laugh at no matter when or where I see it is the video of the cat getting swung around by the fan. I can sit there and watch it all day long and I still can't help but laugh at it.
For those of you that have never seen this, you can download it from CollegeHumor.com here (http://collegehumor.com/?movie_id=24728).

Just to keep it on topic, the cat thign is hilarious! it looks like it was done totally by accident too because the cat get's stuck and you hear the guy all "turn off the fan!!!!" hahahaha

lmao. That guy is my hero. There's a longer version of that clip too (unless my download broke) where he picks the monitor back up and hurls it into his desk.
The most I've ever laughed was once night when me, my cousin and my brother stayed awake all night making up extremely bad knock knock jokes. You know how sleep deprivation makes everything a lot funnier than it is? My whole body killed from laughing all night long.

There are too many to count- i am ALWAYS laughing. However, with my best friend Jo i never seem to stop- we've been on holiday so many times together that the stories are endless:
-Lying on a sofa talking very deeply, then i spilled a whole packet of bombay mix all over her head.
-Playing a game of cards on the roof of a canal boat while we were going along- needless to say a gust of wind blew her legendary pack of Happy Families into the water.
-On one fateful holiday in Somerset we got lost, and proceeded to annoy the rest of my family by trying to work out a 5 part harmony to 'A Whole New World' despite the fact there were only 2 of us.
-When we decided to remake a Busted (???) video in my bedroom- she was drummer and managed to break nearly all my hairbrushes in half because she got so carried away.
I will think of better ones later, this is just for starters! There have been too many times when i just could not stop laughing for so long.

For me it would have to this one particular instance at a camp, while going to sleep under a tarp in the chilling cold. We, the cool people (lol), who didn't want to sleep, were making jokes about ourselves, and trying to hide our laughter so as not to wake up the sleepers. I think you laugh hardest when: a) the jokes are at the expense of yourself; you're laughing at yourself b) you're not supposed to be laughing.

That is SO true! At school we had to have these serious R.S days where we discussed ethics blah blah blah and my friend decided to tell me aaaall about her brother's girlfriend called Hatty who went to Scouts, played Rugby and ate Emma's dinner without her knowing. I really really couldn't stop laughing and all because i wasn't supposed to.

Haha that's so true. I would try to make this guy laugh in my lectures at uni because he snorts really loud when he laughs. lol But whenever he'd start laughing, I wouldn't be able to stop either because we were in a quiet lecture and had to supress it. Sometimes it was too much and all sorts of weird (and sometimes LOUD) noises would come out and everyone in the surrounding rows would be staring which made it worse. Haha.
And another friend of mine would always confidently shout out answers that were always completely wrong! I'd be desperately holding back laughing for the rest of the lecture.

That is also too true- when someone laughs you can't help but laugh either. This really is the time i laughed the most:
A few weeks ago i went on a Performance Studies trip to London to see this arty dance performance- i had a bet with this other girl called Rosie that there would be nudity (???). We had no money, we bet three humbugs on it. Okay, a weird and slightly twisted bet but whatever.
In the finale of the piece this man came out in his pants- that set us all off. I soon stopped finding it so amusing, but Rosie continued to laugh- i could just not look at her at all. But i kept feeling the seats shaking because she was laughing so much! It got to the point where Rosie had to gag herself with her jumper, and i was seriously considering making a run for the door. You know the feeling where you just can never ever see yourself stopping laughing?
On the coach home after that, Rosie had bought one of those balloons filled with flour that you can mould into loads of different shapes. We were sitting on the back of the bus and suddenly i heard a "OH MY GOD!" and it had burst all over her- there was this immaculately dressed girl just sitting there with flour literally ALL over her. I was hysterical. I cannot ever remember laughing as much as that.
Okay, kinda long but worth it!

When I am really in a laughing mood. I can have a laughing fit that lasts hours over absolutely nothing. The best one I remember was when I had just eaten a ton of candy and then my roomate and I went grocery shopping. I started laughing over absolutely nothing when we stepped out of our apartment door and did not stop until we got back from shopping.
I laughed the entire time we were in the store soooo hard that the guys at the Deli counter asked my roomate if i was drunk or high. She assured them that I wasn't but I don't think they believed her.
OH I must also explain that when I get into a laughing fit I sound like a dying seal. I laugh so hard that you can't hear anything until I HAVE to breathe so I make this terribly loud squealing sound. Its awful, but very funny I must admit.
*sigh* I haven't lauged like that in waaaaaaaay too long.

since laughing is not allowed in my house, i'd prolly have to say when i was at my friend dani's house in long island, up waaayy too late watching every homestar runner toon ever made, lol... sleep deprivation really does make things funnier than they are.

I was laughing just reading this story because I had a clear visual image of the whole scenario LMAO!!!
You laughing so hard you had to leave the room, the chair shaking, and thennnnnnnnnnnn the girl with a dumb look on her face, looking down at herself with her arms opened out in exasperation looking down like O_O *gasp* her perfect strawberry blonde hair carefully couiferred and tied up all nice and smooth .... with flour alllll over her
I also laugh at people that fall down ... LOL
And I can imagine you saying "ah the chuckles" LOL
Last laugh I remember??? I was in early at work before Simon, and I was all "ooh! I'm even here before Slime-on"
When I tried to tell him I accidently called him slime-on I couldn't bring myself to say it because I was laughing so hard. So hard my stomach hurt and every thing :-)

one of the things that makes me laugh whenever I think about it is when I was at my friends house and we were playing pool. He has a really low ceiling in the basement where the pool table is and what makes it lower is that the heating vents run along it. So we're playing and I hit the 8-ball into the wrong pocket and lost. He got so excited he jumped and smacked his head on the vent. *sigh* good times....good times....

Ok, my sophomore year of high school I had American History I, well my friend sat behind me and him and I would spend the whole class talking because our teacher was a coach, which translated into the easiest class in the universe. Well one day the girl that sat in front of me brough her cousin to school with her (bad vacation idea) and at one point while I was talking to my friend I randomly started laughing, for an unknown reason, and didn't stop laughing for like 30 minutes. I had on a shirt that was green that had a picture of Bob Barker on it that said "PIMP" under his name and my friend kept making odd facial gestures at the visiting girl to try to convince her we were crazy. At one point she turned to me and asked me if I was high, and then I started to laugh pretty hard, I'm surprised we didn't get yelled at, I guess that's another benefit of having a coach as a teacher

lol, this story always makes me laugh!!
i have a friend who didnt know what her initials spelled out until one day her mom wrote it on her lunch bag when she was little. It turned out her initials spell out BAG! So she walked into the kitchen and was like "Mom... i know what a bag is!!"
