Title: Is it possible for a 14 year old to get arthritis??
Post by: sayyouwould on December 23, 2003, 03:40:14 pm
My joints in my right hand have been bothering me all day. I was thinking it was from throwing shot put but then my coach said there is seriously something wrong if it is bothering me all the way up to my elbo...so I was thinking arthritis because it runs in my family but I'm so young...is that possible?

i think it's possible, but i don't think you have it. it could simply be growing pains. lol. or you've just worn out those muscles and they hurt. just take some pain killers and don't use that hand as much and i bet it will be better in a couple of days.
