Excuse my language.
BUT - Ya CAN'T change the words to Christmas songs - Especially not the sex of The Little Drummer FUCKING BOY. So what the hell is this:
"I am a poor GIRL, too, pa rum pum pum pum . . ."?
Does it NOT say, Little Drummer BOY?!
I mean, I've had to handle a girl being 1/3 of the WiseMEN.
PEOPLE ARE SO STUPID.
Besides me . . .
And Jesus . . .
Oh! And those cute guys on those Abercrombie & Fitch bags.

yea its drummer boy...
But my alison krauss & union station Live CD was taped in louisville, KY...

That's because Louisville: The People and Place is/are prettier than anything or anyone. :D
-
i wouldn't go that far...lol
but she did say that it was the most beautiful place she has performed at (the theater)

THE PALACE!
Not the Theatre :)
But, it is grrrrrrand. The ceilings in the lobby thing have faces on 'em and it's all, famous back-in-the-day G's. It's sooooooooo cool. And THEN the stage/seats/performance are itself is awesome. I saw the Goos there one time (and've been times before and between then and now).
Very cool.

i agree... the other day i heard a christmas song called "merry christmas Emily" by a band called "cracker" (or something like that)... but the song wasn't what impressed me, it was the fact that the song was a clean version. now why the heck would you need a CLEAN VERSION of a freaking CHRISTMAS SONG?!?!?!?!?!

The Palace is amazing. Everyone who plays there comments on it.
@ CeCE - If Louisville is so great then how come you are always talking about wanting to move to NYC? :x

Is this the Little Drummer Boy thread? Seriously - I have, or had, like, 4 threads minimized and I don't know which is which, now. :X :X :X
I think it is.
Anyway:
5. France
4. San Francisco
3. Massachusetts
2. Louisville
1. New York (City/State)
See how it goes? There's a much LONGERRR list, but it's LONGERRR and too LONG.
Plus, in 10 years to the date, I'll be in Louisville, so . . .

France? You've obviously never met a frenhmen.
Louisville > New York when it comes to places to live. I'd rather hang out in NYC, but i'd rather live in Louisville.
Can't say anything bad about SF though. That city was pretty awesome.
Oh wait... yeah I can. The people there were CRABBY all the damn time. Worst servers I've ever had. But the city is amazing.

Actually! One of my Mom's friends is from France and he's got the greatest accent in the history of the universe.
Accents are what it's all about, Andrew. They can either hurt you or help you. Remember, since you're from Louisville, you don't have an accent to help or hurt you, so it's balanced.
