Title: Britain urges U.S. to delay visa rules

I think the new rule is unfair because to apply for a Visa you have to travel to London or Belfast for it.  The US Consulate in Edinburgh(Scotland) isn't eligable to apply, so in order for Scot's to travel to the US between October - Mid 2005 they need to pay to travel to London or Belfast and then pay again for a Visa which is £67.

But people who already own a passport before 2004 are eligable to the usual "Visa Waiver" scheme until their passport is up. Which is good for me!  :D  But when I renenew my passport in order to visit the US I need a biometic passport with my finger prints or eye scan, luckily it is not up for another 4 years.

But since this is in it's crawling stages and major concerns have been attained...things may change.
