unfortunately way back in... 9th grade i tried the... eating like crackers and drinking water diet... basicly not eating. HUGE MISTAKE... no one should EVER do that! Now I'm gonna just go for the eating healthy and exercising diet :wink: hehe... thats the only one that REALLY works

i don't diet...usually during the summer i eat a lot less...but thats something else.

i've never been on a diet. just playing sports keeps me in shape. can't forget marching band camp either..

Same here, I play basketball on tuesday's and thursday's and Lacrosse on the weekends, and were going to have practices for two hours on mon/wed/fri from now on, so that keeps me in shape.

I've thought about it, but next actually gone through with it!
I'm going to try to loose about 10 pounds though! That's my goal!
But will I do it, I dont know! lol
