It's driving me insane
not having you around

is keeping us apart
I find myself
talking to nothing
listining to silence

the only thing i can hold on to
the only thing keeping me alive
is the dim promise of tomorrow
I miss the butterflies
that came with your voice
I miss the light in your eyes
I know you truly care for me
but i need you to know
and i want you to see
how badly I am bleeding for you
as i linger in this heartache
I wish this were a bad dream
cause i'd wake up
and you'd be here again
washing away my fears
so shake me just a little
cause I might wake up
and I can live again
