Post by: BWilli on February 09, 2004, 04:48:58 am
I actually havent watched this film yet, but I will this week, so I figured I get the topic started....I'm surprised how fast it came out on DVD seeming how it's still playing in theaters....that doesn't happen all that often....but looked great so i bought the DVD (and payed like $5 bucks for it too....i have connections) and will watch it soon

hmm, I heard it was dumb. But I guess that's why one must always check junk out for themselves, huh?

I get those Netflix and there is a very long wait for it but it is on the list.  I will let you know what I think. I hope you guys are right.

It's a boring movie...too slow...doesn't go anywhere. Can be avoided.

everyone thinks that, but it's really a great film.....

i'm a tad pissed at Bill Murray though after what he did (or should i say what he didn't do) at the Oscars, not clapping when Penn won for best actor...but anyway....it's a great movie...

I just saw it, and I must say, despite what I heard (very slow movie and blah blah), I really enjoyed it.
Although, there's something I'm wondering:
SPOILER what did Bill Murray say to Scarlet Johansson in the end when he hugs her?? is there any way to know?? END OF SPOILER

I finally saw it, yesterday! I LOVED it! I'd been wanting to see it for so long and none of  my friends would come cos they'd already seen it.

As for the whispers, I swear in the Spanish dubbing you could actually hear what Bill Murray was saying! I understood some of it! It shocked me, since I already knew about the end with the whisper and how nobody knew what was said... blame it on the dubbing though.
