okay things between me and my stepdad (which have been BAD before) just got all better, and now i'm almost close to him. SO yesterday i found out that he might move to Kuwait for a year for this job, and I DON'T WANT HIM TO GO!!! and if he doesn't end up moving to kuwait, then our whole family might have to move somewhere else out of state, and i don't want to leave home. i GREW UP here. i cried for like an hour last night. i am so confused it scares me!!! either way it's going to be bad. and i know people have it worse... but it's hard to think that way. i'm so upset today... just pray that he doesn't get this job!!! everything's gotten worse just when it was all better. :cry:

Its alright, don't cry. Sometimes things happen for a reason. Change is just an inevitable part of life, although its hard to deal with- sometimes it has to happen. I hope you're okay dear.

your life didn't go to hell, it just moved forward and you're not ready for it...lol you're already sad about something that hasn't even happened yet... :wink: and how do you know its going to be bad when you have yet expierenced it?..i think you're just afraid of change ..don't fret so much.....lol
i'm sure you will be just fine...and so will everything else..

I'm sorry Chloe, I wish I could do more for you and give you some real sympathy.
Maybe jennifer is right about moving forward and your just not ready for it, growing up I moved like every three years, and it was hard for me, making friends, switiching schools, things like that.
But you have to be positivie, its okay to cry, let your feelings out, don't keep them all bottled up.

Aww I'm sorry Chloe *big hugs* Unfortunately change is part of life and it can be hard to deal with. Like Amanda said don't bottle things up, tell someone close to you how you are feeling.

If you have to move...you get to start over...there aren't many times in life when you get to...make the best out of it...everything happens for a reason...that's what makes life so rich.

yeah... i know. it'll be hard accepting it if i DO have to move but i don't want my stepdad to leave. i know i'll get over it though. it's just really hard

Two years ago i had to move from where i grew up..and believe me i hated it. i thought i would never forgive my parents for moving me. but its been two years and i actually like it better here. i have made new friends, go to a great school and got an awesome new piano teacher. sometimes change is good. i know its hard to accept now, but just know that it only gets better :)

I know how you feel about the possiblity of moving thing... I have to move away from the place I grew up next year too. I am very nervous and scared about it. But on the other hand, it's exciting. Change is an important part of life...

Same here Jacquie, I moved in 7 grade...I only moved to the next city though. :D
but all my friends and I never kept in touch, it was hard at first, but my first day at Adams (my middle school) I met so many great wonderful people, and now that I play Lacrosse for my rival school, I get to see all the people I left behind.
